My 2023 finally crossed 100,000 miles two days ago. I haven’t had the batteries tested since 71,000 when I changed my first set of tires. It had 1.5% degradation back then. I don’t notice any difference in performance or range. I charge to 90% every day. Mostly at home.

I am averaging 1.8miles per kWh across 93,000 miles. I last reset Trip 1 with 7,000 miles on the odometer.

This truck has towed almost 13,000lbs of stone and it did it like a champ.

Best purchase I have ever made for myself. And I traded in a 2017 6.7 power stroke which was my dream truck for years. This thing blows that out of the water in almost every way possible for me.

I live in Northern NY in quite possibly the worst snowbelt in the country and I do not have a garage.

Did I mention this truck f*****g rocks?!

Biggest issues you’ve had since ownership?

impressive! I’m barely doing 5k miles a year prob
I had to put a wheel bearing in at 70,000 and that’s it. Other than a couple of recalls.

i did. And I only rotated them one time. It passed inspection in NY around 65k. I don’t drive it like I stole it though. That does make a difference lol

Wheel bearing went bad around the same time I changed the tires out. And the fact that I just got upgraded to BC 1.4 straight from BC 1.0 lol
Over 180miles daily drive if 5 days/week
Over 120miles daily drive if 7 days/week.

That is a MEAN commute. Or you drive for work??
i work for Renewal by Andersen. So I have to cover a pretty large terrritory.

Holy cow, good to know.

I'm an old man, and I drive that way too.

Hope I can get somewhere close to your results!

Depending on where he's at and what he does, that's not unheard of. I did more than that for a little over 3 years - 93 miles one way, 4 days a week on average. I made them get me a rental though when I was doing that - no way I was putting that kind of wear and tear on my personal vehicle.

Had to look it up, the IRS mile reimbursement/deduction when vehicle is used for business is $.70/mile in 2025!

If we assume 44.4k miles for FY 2025 (extrapolating from Orig Post) would be $31.1k/year in reimbursement or deduction depending on how Renewal by Anderson addresses this. After two years that would pay for (or deduct) my whole truck, after taxes. And at my electricity rates that would be $3110/yr in electricity.

If I replicated OPs reality for myself in my previous truck the fuel cost alone would be $10k/year with an oil change every other month and a load of other maintenance.

Talk about a perfect use case for an EV truck!

It's a deduction to taxable income - so if you were in a 20% tax bracket it would reduce tax 20% of $31.1k or about $6.22k. Renewal by Anderson?

Yup, if you're doing your own deductions.

The OP works for Renewal by Anderson (Window installations) and depending on how the person is employed they may have to record this and deduct on their taxes (I did this when I traveled to support a rental property) but currently my employer pays me mileage reimbursement to my paycheck which I just verified is $.70/mile so if I was driving this much for my employer I would see meaningful additions to my check. I rarely expense mileage anymore so I didn't realize it jumped to $.7/mile.

I think I've found my twin, you just started a year ahead of me. 100k / 27 months = 3.7k/month... I'm at 58k / 15 months = 3.8k/month so we could be twins.

I've just a got a long commute, good thing I have 10-hr days so only commute 4 days per week.

My OEM tires (Goodyear Wrangler) still have acceptable tread (got rotated at Discount Tire last week and they said there's 5/32 left) but the wear bars near the outside are almost to the surface. I will get them replaced before snow falls, should get about 65-70k out of them. But I also drive like the "Welcome to MD" sign used to say many years ago:

Ford F-150 Lightning 100,000 miles in 27 months. gently

Added: no problems with the truck except for the widespread shifter issue, which is why I'm now happily driving with the rotary one.
