Well after having to unfortunately lemon law my 2022 I am back with a 2025.

no ford didn’t play nice at first until I got my lawyer involved. Once he sent the letter they approved the buy back within 72 hours and 3 months later they took it back. I got 100% refund.

Instead of working directly with me for the same amount they decided to Fafo and it cost them 16k in lawyers fee. If I recall correctly the settlement was 112k

Interesting. Ford ghosted me, hence forcing me to sue them. In Ohio, the consumer gets to choose full buy back or new truck. I chose to take a new truck. Ford continues to refuse. We go to trial in January.

My guess is that Ford will follow the law rather than lose in court. That would be much cheaper for them. We'll see.
Black letter law as well as Ohio Supreme Court case law are on my side.
So, why is Ford delaying??? My guess is that they think I'll give up and accept the buy back. IDK.

That looks great !!!! I need to look into that suspension, I'd love to drop the rear of mine to level it. I don't have much headroom to get into my garage. I had to remove all the trim along the top of the garage entrance to squeeze it in lol
