I noticed in the last week that the cab plug (front) has a steady orange light with no power. I googled and it indicates a fault. Is this something I can reset or is a dealer issue?

In ProPower, do a reset.

Your truck has a built in owners manual or you can download one from ford, which I highly recommend.

Start with that and then if that fails come back with your troubleshooting. Is it just the one outlet or all? Is there any voltage? What are you plugging in? What does the screen say? Etc.

If pushing the reset button next to the outlet doesn't clear the fault, do the reset from the pro power screen as mentioned above.

Why it faulted:
I believe those outlets have a power limit of 400w which is 400w/120v=3.3 amps so maybe something was plugged in the caused the fault because it drew too much power? Check the power rating on anything you plug into that part of the ProPower system and if you use more than one, add them together.

Some things have large current draws when the first start, like motors, compressors, pumps, refrigerators, etc. So their start up current could be overloading the circuit.

If the fault won't clear with button or reset on screen:
Another problem could be wiring - have Ford investigate that for damaged or loose wires.
