Early access program- anywhere for members to chat about features?

I’m part of the EAP. Is there not somewhere ford hosts where other users can safely discuss what’s going on? Any other EAP members want to message me about the latest TestFlight app update for iOS? Has a couple new features I’m curious if other people have figured out yet…perhaps in the realm of propower…

Yeah that is one issue with the program. My understanding is there is not enough communication from ford about the new “features” so those people are left guessing if a feature is a feature or a glitch.

Would be great for Ford to have that type of forums you referenced. Maybe even a private subset of here. Sure @TaxmanHog would help out our “not a bot” @Ford Motor Company rep that basically ghosted us.

Exactly. I’ve run betas as a PDM and forums and group feedback is THE BEST way to find issues and get features into a project. Bizarre they don’t have one.

Posting this for a friend who said he had the latest beta of Ford Pass that claims the Pro Power info is back but it doesn't show any Pro Power info. Anyone have any info I can reley to him?

What to Test:​

Beta users, Please upgrade to the latest build 5.21.0 (7) for a better experience with new features and improvements. • Use Siri to check your charge level or lock and unlock your vehicle without needing to set up a Shortcut. • Control Center commands can be customized to support multiple vehicles in your FordPass Garage. • You can send the remote start command directly from your iPhone’s Control Center, Action Button, Lock Screen controls, or by using a Siri Shortcut. • Charging away from home is easier with a map that auto-displays stations as you search, has better dark mode visibility, and clearer steps to stall selection before activating a charge in-app. (US, CA, MX, AUS, NZ, Brazil, Argentina, EU except Turkey) • Your Selling Dealer is set as your Preferred Dealer. Find or change it in the app's Service menu. (EU) • Pro Power Onboard™ is back with power status and usage tracking on equipped vehicles. They just sent an email out to all EAP members saying the feature isn’t quite ready yet. Will be coming later.
