Finally got around to getting the truck tinted. I did 25% on all 4 side windows and the back. And 50% on the full windshield. Did not do the sunroof since I have a reflective sunshade up there already. I've done this to all my vehicles in the last decade. (Two wranglers and a Tesla). With the 50% on the windshield, sunglasses are not needed. It is a whole new world driving in the bright summer sun with built in sunglasses 
. No it does not negatively impact night visibility. And in fact helps reduce glare from idiots with their high beams on.
I used Lumar IRX tint. It is the highest spec for IR heat rejection (~90%) and basically the best you can get.
