A month delay to the middle of June for getting a repair that should have been completed withing a week during May when the dealer saw it. Then 12 weeks total until a refund is issued. @Ford Motor Company this is what can lose a company repeat customers as why not go to another brand and try their luck there? It would cost Ford much less to stay on the customer's side much more often, especially with the reputation Ford seems to have with so many recalls, and the problems that should be recalls being denied or delayed or TSB's hidden away (gear shift, diverter valve, unprotected coolant lines, HV battery modules, software updates).
