Clear out your charger locations in fordpass/truck and try again.
There have been a couple reports of onboard chargers failing so you may need a dealer visit.
A 3w watt difference isn't worth it. Ford bought millions of these ports probably several years ago now. Personally I want 45w everywhere so I don't have to haul a brick around.
As mentioned, weight reduction is the easiest way, then the wheels. You could also mod the suspension to give you a better launch. In the future, you'll just pay for a subscription to the perf pack.
Personally, I would just buy a Mach e if I wanted more performance, there is only so much a...
Honestly, the lightning is the tightest and most sporty truck I've ever driven that is stock. The big problem is the weight, you need to upgrade heavily to account for it. Off the shelf kits are slowly getting there but expect conflicts with every mod.

The brakes are bigger than a standard ice f150 but same throughout the lightning range.
It's an $1100 option new. The difference is all the other packages and options. The used market is going to vary wildly, good luck.

Lower soc will cause a derate, it'll start slowly at 10% but ramp up as you get higher. Temps will also play a factor.
Also, as said above, with a 400v output the rated speed is much lower. You'll max out at about 120-130kw with those units. Tesla can be fast, up in the 160s at least.
Your phone is probably sleeping. Make sure your phone is configured to allow it in the background. Updates on your phone may have changed the settings.
It's called lane keeping assist and it remains.
your connected built-in navigation pay service is a seperate line item that might expire at the same time.
It's only the hands-free bluecruise that you would lose when your bluecruise subscription expires.
I don't think it's a feature but I've heard a couple of stories of people getting locked out. I always keep my key on me, it's got the manual override key in it too just in case.
