The window sticker as posted has a few inconsistencies but it would seem that the flash only has 1 charger. The charge time listed on the sticker is higher than a dual charger.
The co2 rating (tailpipe only) is shown as 9. That's not correct, there is no tailpipe, it should be 10.
If range is the main concern then yes.
For a lot of people the current range isn't a problem and adding more modules produces diminishing returns. What all ev's need is new battery technology that has more capacity, less physical size and weight and better resiliency to cold or hot...
You may have been abducted by aliens while charging and don't remember.
Otherwise, your situation doesn't make much sense. Take pictures next time it happens so we can see what you're seeing.
They have changed the models around a little with the introduction of the flash model. Otherwise, the batteries are the same, there is no magic solution to winter range. 2025 won't change that either, only the new t3(no date at all on that) will get the big upgrades.
Your dealer will know...
I have 3 modes on my 2023 er truck:
1:off
2:accessory or "full accessory mode"
3: drive
In accessory mode, the ic has a message that says "full accessory power active"
That's where this confusion is coming from. If anyone has a 2nd acc mode then I'd like to know about why that's different...
I use a 2 burner coleman propane for camping. The briefcase size unit folds out and has windblocks to help with even heating but it's bulky.
Unless you carry cast iron with you, it's hard to get even heat. That's the trick with backcountry cooking, finding lightweight options that work like...
The hvb contactors are open, no drive possible if you're working on it or showing it off.
When you're charging, it is essentially in accessory mode, no drive but heat available.
You can power the truck if the hvb fails. There's enough power in the 12v to get it into tow mode.
Rolling up or...
Are they ev certified? I'm guessing not.
So glad I don't have to put up with ignorant prima Donna dealerships like that.
If I had that experience I would be sure to let everyone know not to shop there or at their affiliates.
Tailgate not closed.
The manual does have a nice section on warning lamps for the instrument cluster. I just searched "warning lamps" on the pdf version and it was easy to find.
How do your numbers compare to what the station reports?
If the fcsp has a good connection and is stable, you will get daily logs of how much was used. I've found it to be accurate enough but it does miss days and spit out bad numbers occasionally.
Send the charger back for warranty replacement or call support to have them help you troubleshoot it, they should be able to get you connected or at least start the warranty process.
The lightning doesn't precon the battery on 110v.
