Unless things go way of the rails for their plans this truck won’t be made in that timeframe. It will be the T3 out of TN. The ICE will get a redesign in about that timeframe and it will cost too much to translate into another version of the full size Lightning.

One thing I have noted about the SW screen. Once it checks for a release it can sometimes take it a minute before it truly updates. It may still show an old release and then finally refresh. Maybe start the truck and go to the check SW screen again - give it a minute or two to update.
