  1. FCSP just breaks after almost 3 years? Need help

The wiring is still required for any other evse of the same current. Don't worry, the fcsp has a warranty and considering most ER trucks came with one there are way less complaints. It doesn't like to push 80a in 120degree sun. Also, if you find yourself actually needing 80a to get your...
  2. Ownership Experience - 2023 Lightning Extended Range (LER) to 2024 Sierra EV Denali (SEV)

Tldr, the lightning is still the best. More range =more battery = more design flaws. The gmc/Chev rides like a 1990 f350. Just wait until Dodge comes out with their Bev Ram, should be even "better".
  3. Campground charging checklist? What do I need?

There should be a few threads about adapters and evse's. First, get a adjustable and portable evse, then adapters.
  4. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

@AkaKreisler What does the code reader say? What codes did the dealer see in the background? What colour is your truck?
  5. FCSP only charging to 10.6kwh!?!

About the same time mine did that. The contacts inside the fcsp were at torque but the problem didn't go away until I reseated them. Since you have a few connections to get to your panel it certainly wouldn't hurt. The internals are quite sensitive in order to not burn your house down.
  6. Ideal defrost settings to minimize climate use %?

Plug it into 240v and use the departure times. If you find its fogging on auto, open the hvac controls and select the defrost. This will keep things more clear, if it's still fogging, hit the max defrost button. Once it clears, go back to auto.
  7. FCSP only charging to 10.6kwh!?!

This could be caused by loose or corroded or arced out connections inside the fcsp or along the rest of the circuit.
  8. Climate Start Failed - Error Message

Updates are coming! Expect erratic behaviour for the next couple of days.
  9. One-pedal-turn off in icy conditions

They do!! It kicks off just like abs.
  10. Second Battery Cell replacement in 12 months - Standard Range

Compare the battery recall with your build date. There was a short run of batteries that had to be replaced due to a manufacturing defect. We also need to remember that the trucks battery monitoring system(BMS) will fail the cell if the voltages are out of limit. This is to prevent...
  11. Charging Question

IF. have a look at your electric company's terms of service. It's quite shocking! No pun intended.
  12. Charging Question

Ding ding ding, you nailed it. Even residential voltage can vary from 220-250v.
  13. Mobile Charger Question

A lot of incorrect information here. Look at the rating on your evse, that will decide the circuit. The mobile charge cord is not adjustable. It's not adjustable The truck won't go over 12a at 120v no matter the evse I haven't seen any testing of this. I believe the webasto go units are...
  14. Private Ford EV Technicians

    What? That seems ridiculously high.
  15. Ghost in the machine: erratic screen/temperature changes

If you have a screen protector, remove it. Clean the screen well. Like, make it spotless. Make sure nothing else is touching the screen. Take it to the dealer if that doesn't work. It's not the knob, it defaults to volume so your volume would be going up and down. The problem is the area...
  16. Has anyone had the Frunk issue fixed to your satisfaction?

Yikes, what was the initial problem with it?
  17. Lane centering not centered

Turn on your rear camera for an actually centered perspective.
  18. Strange behavior with “keep hands on wheel”

It only requires a slight move on the wheel. As said above, it's a torsional sensor. I have never seen that, what does that mean?
  19. Body panel alignment damage?

Nope, something else happened. The scratches are on the outside of both panels. The frunk may have bent it after the fact but it's not caused by the alignment of panels. You can watch how your frunk opens, there is lots of clearance. I did it the other day with a bunch of snow on it as a...
