I did forget to ask if you got your activation email from Ford.
  3. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

it is obvious, you will not miss it. Here is the trick to getting it unstuck: https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/1-7-1-install-failed-no-ota-fix-fix-now-at-dealers.8887/

  5. Blue Cruise Not allowing hands free

That all looks good. It would be a pain in the butt to set everything back up, but I might try a reset on the APIM.
  6. Blue Cruise Not allowing hands free

Well, just save everyone asking to verify settings, maybe post pictures of all your sync settings and about screen.
  7. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

I noticed the same thing on 45. If you intervene and straighten it out when it is ping ponging it will hold it until the next curve.
  8. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

this is EXACTLY where I got stuck. You will need help from someone who can side load your IPC. Be patient and hope they reach out to you.
  9. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

@20ecoboost21 You GWM looks very similar to where my IPC got stuck. A MU5T number in one column and a ML3T in the other column. In theory a PMI should be able to correct this by wiping the whole thing away and restoring a last know good configuration, but unfortunately that doesn't appear to...
  10. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

After my experience and reading here about others, I agree the IPC updates are problematic, and it's on Ford's end and not ours. Some people with complex Forscan changes have had no issues with the IPC, while some with no Forscan changes get their IPC hung. I think it's a problem child for...
  11. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

if I had understood the details of how this all works earlier, I would have recorded all the module information between every step made a map of what all the numbers progressed to along the way. My guess is you have a strategy number stuck in limbo. if there is someone in the Houston area that...
  12. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

Are you looking in FDRS or in the widget. Sometimes in FDRS the F120 shows up in the chart, and F188 shows in the data below it when you click on the module.
  13. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

For my 12" cluster I had F120: MU5T-10F906-FDA F188: ML3T-14C026-CPB (This one the corrupt one)
  14. 502A package Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control HELP please on lifted truck

My 502A job 1 truck behaved this same way for almost a year. The latest set of updates that enabled blue cruise include a PSCM update that appears to have fixed it.
  15. Getting Lane Centering to Work Properly

I wanted to circle back on this topic and note that after the latest round of software updates (that enabled blue cruise), the lane centering now works properly, just like it does in my Mach E. Now when I'm on a road that is not blue cruise enabled, I can just rest one hand on the wheel and it...
  16. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

It's possible that has slipped my mind, it was almost six weeks ago I got my Mach E past the 1.7.1 hump (my F150 never hit it). As long as you don't go past the one stuck APIM you will be okay. But I'm not sure what that would buy you anyways since Ford appears to have stopped sending the OTAs...
  17. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

to get past the stuck 1.7.1 with a nano, do one APIM and nothing else.
  18. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

To be fair, I said I was impressed with the Toyota Safety Sense 2.5+, not the Tundra. The TSS was way better than Fords equivalent, but the same things I hated about my 4Runner they have not addressed in the new Tundra. The seats are hard and flat, the leather is stiff, the steering wheel rim is...
  19. ECU module programming guide using FDRS

So I've been very vocal in my criticism of Ford this week for how hokey the FDRS update process is. I spent 4 days furious that they wouldn't give me the next set of APIM and GTW updates in FDRS even though I had completed everything in the queue. Thanks to @Bob_Mac I was finally clued into...
