Maybe I had access I wasn't supposed to have yet; I just logged in. I can still see my vehicle on the Home tab of the app, but now on the Vehicle tab, the "Driving History" button is gone

I highly doubt any lender is going to give you a loan backed by a car that hasn't even arrived in your city yet....that being said, many lenders will lock rates for 30 days if you get preapproval.
