  1. Comma AI self driver assistant

    Hoping to get my Comma set for a trial run this afternoon. Has BluePilot been updated or should I use Open or Sunny?
  2. Tesla implementing surge pricing?

    Transformers are expensive. Copper is expensive. Real estate is expensive. Engineers are expensive. Labor to install all of these wonderful chargers is expensive. Depending on where chargers are located, the electricity can be very expensive. Is surge pricing a revenue grab? Possibly. But if...
  3. 24 Flash Fabric Tape Underside Hanging Down

    I think the thing that the tape is hanging off is the wiring harness for the backup warning sound and low speed sound speaker. If that was my truck I would snip off the hanging piece of tape and carry on.
  4. Comma AI self driver assistant

    Why do you suggest not using this as a "long term solution"? It seems like it is functional, but maybe not the most visually appealing.
  5. Comma AI self driver assistant

    I added ACC/LKA to my 2024 Pro following this thread. It was worth the hassle. I ordered a Comma and I'll post here if it works.
  6. Priority Update - BCM-24.5.1 - Convenient Frunk Closing

    Exactly. My 2024 truck has toggles for WAL, but WAL never worked. It's a Pro and the consensus is that Pro's don't have WAL, even if they're 2024's but the toggles have always been there. Makes no sense.
  7. Priority Update - BCM-24.5.1 - Convenient Frunk Closing

    I have been trying to figure that out I since I brought the truck home. The toggles for WAL were there, but no WAL. Everyone seems to think that the Pro trim doesn't have WAL, but the toggles were present in a brand new truck, no previous owner to ForScan them on. I have not had a BCM update yet...
  8. Priority Update - BCM-24.5.1 - Convenient Frunk Closing

    My 2024 Pro has had the WAL toggles on the Sync settings menu since I brought the truck home, but it does not have WAL. I have been through all of the ForScan settings that I could find pertaining to WAL and they are all "on" so to speak. I don't know if my trim level will get this BCM update...
  9. F150 lighting fast charge while away from home

    You can still DCFC while away from home at up to ~180kw. I am not understanding your concern.
  10. Comma AI self driver assistant

    Thank you @Ajzride and @astrand1 for putting all of your time into this and posting your progress. I have a Comma ordered and am following closely so I can hopefully get it up and running without too much difficulty.
  11. 23 XLT ER - Recurring Major System Failures

    Sounds like you did it the right way, but like @Firn said, you never know what the person before you did or what the dealer did.... From what I've read on here, this 12 volt battery management isn't just an EV thing, it's a modern car thing. Sounds like everything now has a BMS system that...
  12. 23 XLT ER - Recurring Major System Failures

    Did you charge on the battery posts while still connected to the truck or did you use the posts under the trim panel or did you remove the battery? If you charge using the battery posts while still connected, you bypass the BMS and will get odd behavior. Remove the battery to fully charge...
  13. 23 XLT ER - Recurring Major System Failures

    Sounds like a bad 12 volt battery or one that is ready to fail. Could also be a bad DC-DC controller which takes energy from your high voltage battery or "traction battery" (HVB) and charges the 12 volt battery "low voltage battery" (LVB). Think of the DC-DC as your alternator in an ICE vehicle...
  14. Charges data

    Fordpass app > Energy > charge history Unfortunately that doesn't download though. My Emporia home charger can email a csv for whatever date range you set. Sends you all of the data ready to go into a spreadsheet. If you fast charge using charge network apps: Tesla > three line menu >...
  15. Comma AI self driver assistant

    Would it be best to wait to purchase a comma and monitor this thread until the issues are resolved?
  16. Comma AI self driver assistant

    I have been through the 18 pages (and growing) of this thread a few times and I'm still trying to wrap my head around what is actually needed for this harness. I am going to order a Comma once I get this all figured out so I can use the 30-day trial period to make sure it works on my 2024 Pro to...
  17. ABRP v Google Maps

    For me, ABRP Pro gives a more accurate battery percentage estimate over Google Maps whether I am using an OBD or the data straight from Android Auto. ABRP also has better filtering abilities and much more adjustments than GM. GM does give better time estimates and better routing. For trips with...
  18. 2025 bricked at 1000 miles {fix post 36}

    Symptoms sound like a 12 volt as described by many on the forum. It hasn't happened to me yet (knocking on wood) so I'm just going off other forum descriptions. I had a motorcycle that basically did the same thing (all of the errors at once) when it's battery got low... Are you able to get a...
  19. 2025 bricked at 1000 miles {fix post 36}

    Like @Heliian suggested. Open the funk, pop off the back panel where the 12 volt battery is and wiggle the + and - connections to see if they're loose and try to tighten them if you can. May solve your problems while you wait. You probably won't even get dirty.
