I'm on the $5/mo plan also. Just have to remember to cancel before they try to renew. Best deal ever was my friend who bought a used portable radio back around 2009. He plugged it in to his work truck and it worked and continued to work until it died many years later. Not sure if someone bought...
This actually has some great ideas. Kind gets away from Ford's whole "it's still an F150 " campaign in a really fun way. It would be one of the few commercials I don't fast forward on my DVR.
A different brand but I had trouble with the lock function on my new car (Genesis G70). Found I needed to make sure I only touch the outside of the handle and not curl any fingers under. Works every time I do this. Maybe a similar problem with the Lightning?
You drove to Cookeville just to eat at the new Raising Cane's? Just kidding it's a beautiful drive up from Chattanooga and Cane's has great chicken. Wish I'd been there to see your new truck. Congrats
Cancelled today. I still believe Ford has a good product in the Lightning. It was a combination of the wait plus my wife's range anxiety. I'll revisit in about 5 years. Still have a beautiful ICE truck to use, unless I trade it for a luxury sports sedan. ?
Mine too, then it will be my around town vehicle. Plan to keep my ICE truck for long trips. The wife doesn't want to get rid of it yet. Plus I plan on ordering the Pro so the creature comforts won't quite match the current one.
Check with Tom at Chapman Ford in Horsham PA. Might be worth the drive. I think he is @dealerinsider on this board. They have a solid reputation on the Bronco board.
Right now Rapid Red is my first choice. Last two trucks were blue and I need a change. Would like see Stone Gray and Iced Blue Silver in person. Would be happy with the Cactus Gray from the Bronco.
The Pro with extended range battery is what attracted me as well. The larger screen is not that big of a deal to me. Have to see the actual pricing to determine if the Lightning still makes sense.
