- 2023 Lightning XLT w/Max Tow and TT Packs
My 2023 XLT has the powered tailgate. It is part of the 312A equipment group that was available on the XLT. Gave me all the goodies I wanted without having to get the leather seats, and annoying eye tracking of the Lariat while keeping the buttons and dials for radio and HVAC (which I wanted after spending years with only a Tesla screen to control everything.) The OP might want to verify what equipment group the 23 XLT had.Good to know. The 2024 Tech specs says it does have it but again, I think others have mentioned it doesn't.
The only other thing is the Tech Specs and Order Guide both say the Flash has a powered up/down tail gate (which may also be wrong) while the XLT does not. So you would be missing that feature if indeed the Flash has it.
