Airdam malfunction

Mine did it a couple times. I W-D the sliders and shaft. Have not seen it since.

I took mine in and they said there was a fault inside the active grill shutter. The part is on backorder with no ETA so I'm continuing to drive it until the part comes in, hopefully someday. I was getting the error multiple times per day but it's been less frequent lately, more like a handful of times weekly, with no change to my driving habits. But it does seem to only happen at 50mph or higher.

I’ve gotten this warning as well 3 or 4 times in the just under 3k miles I’ve had the truck. Has happened randomly while accelerating around 40ish mph. Haven’t taken it in yet…will add this to the list of items to investigate when the time seems right.

Had an appointment at the dealer today, but when they said it would take 5 hours to even look at it I decided it could wait a while. It seems to be randomly happening every few days, so until it becomes regular or I have an entire day to sit at the dealership I'll wait

I had my appointment at the dealer this week. They found some road debris that was impinging the shutter. They removed it and so far, so good. Although the design does seem to lend itself to sucking up every leaf and plastic bag floating around the road.
