I retrieved my truck from the dealer today with the number seven battery module replaced. It’s operating well. The service advisor had contacted Ford and advises me that I should keep a battery tender on the 12 V next time I store it. So I guess that’s our answer.

Always good advice for 12v lead-acid battery health! :)

The more time spent 100% charged, the longer a lead-acid battery will last.

I have one (a flooded battery, not an AGM, in my 2012 Leaf) that is now over 14 year old and at 80% SOH according to my battery tester, been on a maintainer since early 2012.
