any other pics now that you have it? What tint did you go with (brand/%/cost). Can’t wait for mine to arrive!

Here’s a picture next to my dad’s fleet Escape (not sure which white). I can’t tell you on the tint, it was the dealer who did it. Seemed reasonable for $300 and I was able to remove the other “upgrades” they tried to do (wheel locks, bedliner that I already had, and tailgate lock).

Thanks for all your pics . Coincidentally, I saw your Twitter with a pic. Glad to hear the road trip back wasn’t bad. I’ve been fearing using the EA chargers, but it appears maybe they are getting better or it’s isolated issues.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm writing up a thread about the whole trip, now. I was very pleasantly surprised with my EA experience. 12 different locations (I think I miscounted 14 at one point), and no major issues. May have felt differently if it was a more busy time and I couldn't easily just jump to another one if the first one didn't work right, or if I had to wait because a stall wasn't working or whatever, BUT I got full rate at all 12 locations, so I really can't complain.

I did purposely skip a couple of them because of bad reviews and I would try not to charge at some that I charged at because of the location or parking situation, etc., but functionally, I really can't complain about being 12/12. Was it near Tesla level ease of charging? No. I had to plug and unplug an average of 2-3 times. Plug and Charge never worked. And a few stalls didn't work. But I got max charge rate at 12/12 locations with no waiting.

I think you're right that there are probably a disproportionate number of issues specific to certain locations. In some cases those stations are avoidable, and pre-planning can help. BUT there's only so much flexibility we have with Lightnings (especially SR) when driving at interstate speeds. I can't just decide to skip a chager that's 100 miles away and go to the one 200 miles away. The truck won't go that far, or it won't without charging to 100% (which would take forever) and driving slowly in good conditions.

Avalanche Lightning Arrived. It honestly just looks white. Sure, it’s a different shade of white, but I thought it would look darker. Matte grey sort of.

That looks like my build (though I just noticed it's a Pro and not XLT) which should be arriving in a week or two -- currently sitting in North Platte, NE and headed towards the final UP ramp in Henderson, CO. Estimated arrival is Monday so hope it's to the dealer by end of week!

Anybody here tint the front light bar? From pics, I am not liking the look of it on avalanche. Considering smoking it! I have a pro so it would only be the side lights

Just picked up my Avalanche XR SLT today. I'll post more pics after I come back from my work trip. The color in person is nearly spot on for my older Space White F150 I owned this year minus the metallic flake. Lots of positive comments and looks from folks so far regarding the color.

Whats better than an Avalanche Lightning? TWO identical Avalanche Lightnings that arrived same day on the same truck. Mine is the one on the right.
