Bumper Trim Assembly Help

Needing to replace this piece on my Lightning. #8 in the diagram. I can easily get to the top clips by removing #7. However, the bottom of #8 remains locked in place in between the metal bumper and the top of the air dam. There are no clips in the bottom of #8, only rectangular holes. Anyone ever had this apart that can assist?

Open the frunk and take out the all the plastic trim and than you will see all the bolts from the front bumper.

Thank you - not wanting to take off the whole bumper though, I believe this trim should be removable without that.

In looking at the shop manual, almost everything starts with removing the bumper. I will send you some info via DM.

I had to replace part # 7 in your diagram after hitting a deer. I found a YouTube video on removing the bumper which is what now must do in order to access parts 7 or 8. I wasn’t able to find the link to the video when posting this.
