Cannot enter charging location and times after software update

Hello. The latest software update to my 2023 Lightening wiped out my charging location and dates and times for charging in my Ford Pass app. When I went in to enter this information there were messages saying I can enter location after my first AC charging session. Same information for entering times for charging. I plugged in and charged to 90% then got into the app again. Still getting this message. App will not allow me to enter this information after completion. Recommendations on how to fix this?

Do it in the truck, not in the app. Only way I could get it to work.

Second doing it in the Truck, much more reliable than FordPass. Also, make sure you drive around the block if you haven't gone anywhere yet.

Mine did the same, didn't show up the first time but a couple hours later worked normally through the app.

Same here, try for 2 days and finally was able to make it work. Needed to add new pass code and door code.

Ford, and all other software updaters (like MS for example), if you are listening....don't mess with things that work when you update your system, and how about some more thorough beta testing. eh?

I had this same thing happen to me and got my home location back in tonight. This is AFTER I turned off auto update because I was gone for a few days, and it updated anyway!!!

This isn't even a feature, Ford DELETED a setting from memory. It's just nuts.

The truck is what gave me the message, basically that I have to have a charge session at a location to add it to my locations...

So now it is working on my truck again. But have to do it in the truck and it moved my home location. So I charged, then made that my home again and now stopping at 95% again.
