Does the Lightning have a bed / tonneau cover? (Always an interesting topic if they help efficiency or not).

It does, but the physics of tonneau covers is that they have negligible impact on efficiency. Without a cover, the bed has a static pocket of air that behaves nearly identically to a cover.
