CMR Update Stuck For Over 2 Hours

Currently in the middle of doing the latest CMR update for my 2024 F150 Lightning Lariat. It’s been going on for more than 2 hours stuck on the same screen (see attached) bar gets to the end then starts over again. We’ve done this same update on 3 trucks now and the longest it took was 55 minutes. Of course mine is taking forever.

I’ve got a 100 amp 14.4v power supply on the truck on the terminals.

Should I power off the truck at this point and try again hoping it comes back purple? Or should I leave it.

The CMR can do that for 30 mins but over 2 hours.. No Ive not seen that.

If you cancel it out the CMR will be purple in FDRS.. you can either start the update again or run a PMI.

If you cancel it out and try to restart it and it isnt communicating then lock the truck walk away 30-45 mins and then go back and restart..

You should censor your VIN and email in that pic, and possibly clean your screen

Yeah.. I just killed all power to the vehicles 12v for 15 minutes. I’m trying it again now.

It worked guys. Rebooting the truck and trying again did the trick.
