Early Access Program question

I signed up for EAP but never got anything saying I was accepted.

Today, I got an email from Ford asking me to participate in a study. Can any EAP members confirm if this is legit? I’m trying to log into the EAP site but it times out when I attempt to log in.

That is the correct email EA stuff comes from. Looks legit. Having said that, their Early Access web site has had problems for several weeks. I’m not sure why they haven’t been able to get it fixed.

Thanks! I get HTTP Status 400 errors when I log into the site.

Agree with @GDN, that's the email.
I get the same error with Firefox, but works with Edge.

That is good to know. Safari on a Mac has issues and thought I had tried chrome. I’ll have to try edge from my quicken / FDRS laptop.

If you are getting 404 errors you have to clear the site data for ford.com

I have to clear the cookies almost every time if I want to log in to EA.

That worked! What’s funny is the site shows me as “waitlisted” but I’m getting EAP emails. ?‍

I had to use a DIFFERENT web browser (MS EDGE) to do this. Curse you error code! I like Chrome.
