The stop sale started around February 6 so the increase is a bit misleading. My truck was also sitting in a railcar only 20 minutes from the dealer when this happened. I finally took delivery during the last week of April after everything settled down.

Production stopped, but there was a substantial number of trucks in the delivery pipeline which were sold, probably units not subject to a stop sale.
