FORD Card (or Manual) on Purchase - Keyless Entry Code

Hello!,

Just got my Lariat a three days ago, loving it so far.

When I bought it, I didn't get anything in the way of a manual or a plastic card, like I did when I bought my Ranger.

I don't care about the manual, but I think the card has the default keyless entry code which i need to use to change to a custom code.
Can anyone verify what they got and/or tell me how to set up a unique keyless entry code? Thank you!!

You can use your two key fobs to get the factory code. Once you have that you can add your own codes using the center screen.

There was never a paper manual but the credit card size door code came with the truck.

That door code is also printed on the label attached to the BCM (Body Controller) located behind the right side lower kick panel (to the right of the passenger footwell).

Yeah there was a couple of lightweight paper booklets I got (mini manuals) plus the plastic card with the factory door code. The door code I got was one digit off from my iPhone code so by fate I won’t be forgetting my door code anytime soon.
