Factory bedliner. Bought the Ford rubber mat, but it was so poorly made (as was the replacement) that I sold it and replaced it with a free mat from Husky, which is thinner but also lighter, so easier to remove to clean the bed). I bought Husky WeatherBeaters instead of WeatherTech liners due to quality and price. Bed mat was free with purchase, had to do rebate form and wait like 8 weeks though. At the time had no idea 3WLiners existed (mid 2023).

Covered bed with Diamondback HD. Best cover ever seen.

Drop in bed liners. It has the Ford label but I know the dealer had it installed at the local Rhino store. Seems satisfactory but I haven't really put it to the test.

I just had "Stealth HP" spray-in liner installed yesterday. I'm pretty happy with it so far, I haven't put anything in the bed yet but I'm optimistic based on the look and feel.

I don't think I'd go with anything other than a properly installed, reputable spray-in. I can't find who makes "Stealth HP" so I guess that doesn't help anyone else.
