Horn Honk upon Unlocking

I would take a look to ensure you have not left one of the FOBs in the car. That is where I see the honks happening myself.

One of the other things I struggle with as someone else posted with leaving it running. I have driven Teslas for years, and getting out and just walking away was a rough habit to break.

my 2022 lariat also honks when I lock unlock. Not a bother for me

On original delivery mine did too, I found a switch to turn off that ~feature~

I believe it is telling you a door was open or opened when initially locked, or the truck was tampered with while locked.
My 2022 ICE did that periodically. Annoying. I never figured it out other than when I accidentally hit the key fob alarm when squatting, the next door opening resulted in a double beep.

Hello, this forum looks amazing. I am super excited about my Lightning and have had it for about a month, does anyone know how to turn off the horn honking twice when I unlock the doors? It is super loud and annoying every time I unlock it. Appreciate your help in advance.

I recently purchased a 2022 lightning. I had the same issue. It took me a while to figure it out. But the cause is the Karr Security system. You can disable it by going into the Karr app and into settings.
