Check the pricing now vs when you bought, if it was in the past 30 days. I saw Granger’s posts about the new pricing last month and they were expecting an increase in price, as was I. However, it looks like pricing for the 10/125 I bought may have actually dropped, so I’m trying to get in touch with them to see if I need to cancel and re-up or if they can just cut me the difference. I’ll keep folks posted.

To that end, is ExtraCare enough? Or Premium?

Current response back seems to indicate a website error. Flood’s pricing seems in line with what I expect with the price increase they are showing. Will update again when I learn more.

From the PremiumCare brochure:
From the fine print on what’s not covered from that same brochure:
Ford F-150 Lightning If you just bought an extended warranty IMG_0669

Says you need to have the “PremiumCARE Interior/Exterior Lighting Option”.

I think he meant that the option to pick up that coverage only shows up with the PremiumCare. As in, you cannot add it with ExtraCare. Sorry, should have added a screenshot of both for comparison.

I opted to leave it off when I picked up mine, now I'm second guessing if I want to add it. I did get the premium but left it off since LEDs are supposed to last 10+ years.

My last truck the led taillight mounting tabs broke at 7 years. $750 for part
Wouldn't that be covered under another category since it isn't electrical related?

The problem is that the exterior light assemblies are stupid expensive and you can’t replace just the LED. $75 seemed like cheap insurance.

I had been on the fence, but bought when they noted prices could go up roughly 4%. The 8/100 Premium only went up $14 at the end of the day.

F150 Lightning Lariat 2023 ER, delivered 10-28-23
I pick up my Lightning in a few days. Finally! Apologies if this is discussed elsewhere, but do most Lightning owners get at least some extra add-on warranties? (https://fordprotect.ford.com/extended-service-plan).

That web page has confusing (at least for me) options:
The top page has "tabs" called "Extended Service Plan," "Premium Maintenance Plan, and "Additional Plans."
1. The "Extended Service Plan" has sub-tabs called: BaseCARE EV, ExtraCARE EV, PremiumCARE EV.
2. The top of page tab "Premium Maintenance Plan" says it "covers routine inspections, preventive care and replacement of normal “wear and tear” items that require periodic attention."

3. The "Additional Plans" top tab has a dizzying number of separate "anything-care" options.

If you get PremiumCARE EV, can you/should you, also get "Premium Maintenance Plan"? Is the LED lamp option only in the one or the other.

I'm sure all this is mean't to just confuse the buyer at purchase, but I'm thinking I should get the LED option, so....... which of these should I select? "PremiumCARE EV" or "Premium Maintenance Plan", or both? ?
