Does it look like the rear can be lowered for leveling or will it affect the weight sensors?

Looks Great!
Is there any issues with the clearance to the stock lightning brakes?
I wasn't sure if they are any larger than the ICE F150 brakes due to the re-gen or increased curb weight.

Not my thing, but great to see stuff coming available for those that want to customize.

I'd like to see see one lowered 2" all around and with a front air dam extension.

We just leveled one with 34" Nitto Ridge Grapplers on Black Rhino wheels using Readylift 2"standard kit with no preload spacers. I don't believe you can go any larger than stock without the level. With the level and no cutting or removing intrusion bars we were close but had no scrubbing when using our standard QC process. Driving feel and ride did not change.

An interesting note is the tire/wheel combo weights. Factory assy was 73 lbs. Our custom assy was a whopping 98 lbs. We basically added 100 lbs of non sprung weight.

Shock assy from the Lightning appeared exact same length as a stock assy when we compared them. As expected the coils did appear beefier but had the same number of twists.

We also accomplished speedometer calibration using a Hypertech in line calibrator. Installation was no different than any other previous ICE build and was verified accurate. We really like this calibrator because it causes absolutely zero issues with normal PCM programming. That is a big plus if you ever have to bring truck in for programming of any module. Stand alone programmers almost always cause problems with the IDS and FDRS software that Ford Technicians use.

Range test before build has already been posted to Town and Country TV on You Tube. Mitchell will be posting the complete build and range test post build as soon as video production is complete. We will also be installing a bed cover and performing a range test then as well.

That looks great!

Are you able to share the link for the kit you ordered? I checked and there was a few that lifted the front 2".

TIA

This has to kill range. Why do this? I love leveled and lifted trucks. I currently drive a 2021 Ram with a 3.5 lift. But a lightning is about efficiency. It's more than just the unsprung added weight. You change the aero/drag with a lift. The knobbier tires are more drag. I'm going to bed 20% decrease in range.

I will caveat this and say it looks amazing!

Newbie question- does this sort of thing impact your warranty?
It will! But depends on the issue you are trying to get repaired too. If it can be proven to be a cause of the lift then yes. Otherwise they would have to cover it under the Magnuson Fergeson Act.

Will it help, or take away overall maximum load rating. I’m looking at using a light slide in camper for camping. Great job!

It will not be an easy set up to lower. The canted coil over shock and huge lower control arm are going to be a definite engineering exercise to get right without seriously affecting load capacity and handling. As far as the weight sensors I don't have an answer.
