MME GB FE—Dead. F150L Lariat SR. MME Rally.
Today I went to the dealer to finally pick up the 2nd FOB for my MME. They had a white Pro demo on the lot. One question that came up that no one there could answer. When your LVB dies, how do you access it? I am assuming that the frunk requires a functional LVB to open. I previously assumed that there is an access port that allows you to open the frunk by connecting a 12V power source, but I couldn't find one. So does anyone know the answer?

I could be wrong as I haven't received my truck yet but I believe there is a manual release on the left side of the driver foot well.

Yup, as above, there's a manual release. It's not meant to be used regularly like the one in the MME and I think it gives you a message on the screen when it's been used. That may be me misremembering and it's the emergency release button on the inside that throws the message, though.

Since the lightning doesn't have doors that require LVB to open, they didn't have to engineer a port to give the LVB power from the outside.
