Mi/kWh Reporting Inaccurate?

I've checked my driving logs in the Ford Pass app and I notice that many of them look accurate (~2.5 mi/kWh), but there are already two that are way off. Either I have a 10,000 mile SR trucks, or there's some issues here. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, many. Mach-E owners have been complaining about this since last year. I believe there are even other posts on this forum explaining that.

It's because the trip data for your last trip didn't reset when you got back in the car. Sometimes I show I had very high mi per KWh and that's because the trip didn't reset when I got back into it. So if I drove 20 miles to the store and I get back in it, the 20 miles still shows on the screen, but mi per KWh registered back to 0. Now say you go 10 more miles at 3.0 mi per KWh, the computer is now showing you went 30 miles with only the KW you used from the 2nd trip. My Mach E has this same hiccup as my Lightning from time to time.
