Just in the last 2 years we were able to utilize Manufacture Mobile service on our Ford Lightning ans our Tesla's. This s a game changer for us not to have to drive the the dealership an waste the better art of the day.
Ford came out an picked up our Lightning and delivered a brand new Explorer as a loner. The next day they delivered our repaired Lightning and picked up the loaner, no charge.
Next Ford came out to diagnose the door keypad not responding. A few days later they came out and replaced the keypad in our driveway.
Telsa has come to the house on several occasions. Once to replace a taillight that had moisture in it. I placed the service request on their app. The requested pictures and 2 days later they arrived at the house with the new taillight and replaced it in our driveway.
Tesla has on several occasions come to our house and rotated the tires on our Model Y's. Today they showed up with a Cyber Truck service vehicle. The rep inspected tires and measured the tread. He offered to either rotate or reset the maintenance reminder for another 7,000 miles and not rotate as it wasn't needed since it had even wear. I elected to not rotate at this time. He then took out his air compressor and aired up all the tires. I got an invoice for $0.00 for this service.
