Pre-collision assist unavailable

Have this error. Service advisors told me that I’d need a new windshield to replace a module, wasn’t specific, but i need to follow up on which module is needs replaced. This is an under warranty repair. Anybody know what a windshield would need to come out to replace?

The camera mounted top center of the windshield is the precollision assist eye. I didn't know they'd need to pull the windshield to replace it.
