That's helpful datapoint at 22-26F. Was the truck in a slightly warmer garage, or outside in those temperatures?

My garage is unheated / not attached to the house temp was around 30, but it is attached to my motorcycle works shop, where the temps was at 40 degrees last night & morning.

I'm crazy when it comes to riding the bikes, but this year [2025] no dice, it was a chilly 2° this morning and got to a balmy 22 this afternoon, with snow & ice all around, the bike is nestled snugly in the shop.

This is a great write up. Now I know that I should stop using departures for my 10 minute work commute! It's a complete waste of electricity to pre-con the battery for that.
