You are not going to get a full size slide-in camper in a short bed pickup. You want a 6.5 ft bed at a bare minimum.

With a camper the load has a high center of gravity and that requires more load capacity when in turns with the weight shifting to one side of the truck. Each rear wheel needs to be able to support more than 50% of the static camper weight.

A F-250 and F-350 provides a stronger axle and stronger frame and better brakes.

I know this is an older post, but I don't see a lot of discussion around camping with the Lightning. We have purchased the Tune M1 topper camper and are expecting delivery and install in May. Tune says they have had a few EV sales, and have good feedback. Anyone else truck camping with their lightning? Also interested in charging at commercial campgrounds.
I think what you have here is a fairly atypical camper, and will be fine on our trucks. I was ready to jump all over you about payload since most of the slide-in campers quickly exceed our capacity but it looks like what you have is more of a glorified/glorious canopy with much less weight... according to the site https://www.tuneoutdoor.com/faqs, it says the M1 unit weighs about 450-550 lbs depending on build. My SmartCap canopy probably isn't a whole lot less than that with the ceiling-mounted table and roof rack, so IMO you will be fine. As far as towing in addition to the topper, just make sure your tow capacity and combined tongue weight/payload aren't over max and I think you'll do great. That's a cool looking unit and I bet will be a lot of fun.
Happy trails,
Zap

The one issue I see you may have is loss of Sat/Cell connectivity.

I have had to adjust my RTT to improve my reception.

Good Luck and Happy Camping! ?
