Redundant soft buttons for physical buttons/user override or configurable

Does anyone else find it annoying that we can't configure the bottom row? I have a physical button for max defrost and a soft button for it, it would be great if I could configure the soft button to max A/C or the steering wheel heat soft button to recirculate or vice versa. Dump the rear defrost for ?

I am lucky that I live is SFL, so max defrost and steering wheel heat is seldom used, but max AC is used almost daily and recirculate at least 3-4 times a week during the burn seasons.

One is for the driver to defrost, the other is for if you have a passenger with short arms.

What I find most annoying is that they need separate buttons for seat heating and cooling. You tap the single button and it turns on heat no matter if it's 100 degrees outside. Turning the knob to adjust the seat temp is useless, they shouldn't have even bothered. There's plenty of room to move buttons around to fit two extra seat buttons.

And I had the truck for months before I realized the button with the person brings up a whole climate settings page.

I'd be happy if they just made the existing software work better. So laggy sometimes.
Also, I've convinced my young kids that the red triangle button launches the missiles. I threaten to use it when I'm annoyed at another driver, but the kids talk me down...

I would love to have a physical button for internal recirculation. When driving behind a diesel, or someone that's very overdue on their oil change, I want to close that off ASAP. Having to go to the menu, and then push it (while driving) isn't speedy or easy.

The fact that we have both a physical and soft button for Max Def, but recirc is buried in the menu is soooo dumb. I also would love a quick way to turn on recirc when I'm stuck behind a diesel, or discover that somebody has hit a skunk in the area.
