Hi everyone, I have a bit of an issue. I installed the 2" Rough Country Level Kit 52200_A on my 2024 F-150 Lightning XLT. After a few months, my passenger side CV axle began clicking, especially when turning all the way to the right. I replaced the CV axle with a new Ford one and now 2 months later, it's clicking again. When investigating for any signs of what could be different between the two sides or could be causing this, I noticed that the angle of the CV axle is greater on the passenger side than the driver's side. I then measured the space between the tire and the body (on level ground) and found that it is 1/2 and inch bigger on the passenger side. I then looked at the tops of the struts and noticed that driver's side was tucked in more than the passenger's side. This would mean that either the puck is taller on the passenger side or is not flush against the mount. I felt in though the hole on top of the mount and it feels like it is flush. So it seems like the passenger side puck is bigger. Has anyone else with the Rough Country 2" level pucks noticed this? Or did I get one wrong part in the box? Also, if someone with the kit installed could post a photo of their passenger side axle so that I can see if my angle matches, that would be appreciated.
