How many brackets on the OEM running boards? I see the truck has 3 bracket locations but the OEM boards I see on EBay only come with 2 brackets per side. Also there is a electrical connection capped off near the back end. Is that for a lighted running board?

Our XLT has 2 brackets but there is a 3rd mounting location open and available underneath.

2 brackets are used on the 150. The Super Duty, which shares a lot of parts with the 150, uses all 3.

Yes, the plug you see is for the running board light. I bought a original Lightning running board for my Lightning Pro trim and was able to make the light work.

I am having hard time locating this. Do you happen to have a link?

Where did you buy yours online? I'm looking for a pair lighted ones for my coming pro

When does the light come on if you use that plug?
