Look into the Lemon Law in your state a grab an attorney that deals in it. I’m in California and have been thru 3 buy backs so I’m vaguely familiar but check your state

The battery module issue sounds shitty but I feel like the shifter is an easy fix we can do ourselves. Just sucks we have to pay for a rotary knob while the truck is under warranty.

Yeah man, I’m with ya. I haven’t had any issues with my shift as yet but went ahead and ordered the parts to do the swap.

Funny I comment in this thread today. Ford RAV got back to me and accepted my claim. We will be working on a solution. Super pleased with their response on this so far

Funny I comment in this thread today. Ford RAV got back to me and accepted my Buyback claim. Sent over my info and will be given an option for Buyback or Cash and Keep. I must say I’m impressed with their support.

I ordered the Manion Makes tub and an eBay shifter... My dash wrench is on pretty much continuously these days. I had one episode where the shifter was stuck in 'D' with the flashing light, couldn't get it to move. After much swearing & frustration, I gave the truck (and myself) a cool-down period. When I came back, the shifter moved itself into 'P' and has worked since (aside from the wrench light).

Has switching to the rotary shifter eliminated the dash wrench and error code?

Just got my new shifter installed by the dealer today. They got the part in yesterday. Its feels a lot different. No play in the shifter like before.
