2025 F150 Lightning
Purchased a 2024 Lightning Lariat. I saw the posts regarding the rear view mirror mod/change...I don't like the reach and I really don't like touching my rear view mirror.
So decided to go this route.
If you have a lighted mirror in your visor its plug and play.
Part number for black: # JL3Z1504105ZC
This is for a truck with a sunroof. I searched for a 2023 F150 visor and just narrowed it down to a left side with sunroof, black, with remote.
Pry the trim cover off the bracket where it connects to the ceiling
Used a 7MM socket to remove screw
visor assembly swings toward driver and towards ceiling to get anchor out. When doing this step, swing visor back to normal location but fold down as if the sun was in your eyes and it will rotate out.
un plug and you are free.
As you can see the visors are identical.
I plugged in the new visor and went the reverse order and it worked perfectly!
Good luck!

Thank you for this.

I ordered the exact part number you specified, grossly overpaid for it, installed it promptly upon arrival. Your instructions made it an easy swap.

Having HomeLink built in and the garage remote back in the kitchen junk drawer means all is right with the world again.

And to the Bean Counter over at Ford who decided to cut this - you can go pound sand.

I think Ford has been dropping some smaller features like the Garage Door Control off the last couple years to keep costs down and meet the under $80K price required for the $7500 Federal Tax Credit. Of course now that the current administration is doing away with that, we may see these features trickle back in and the prices of the vehicles will rise accordingly.

Yeah. This is the Platinum. MSRP well over $80K. And no HomeLink.

Dont see why it wouldn't. Check your model number for a 2025 visor in your truck and see if its the same as a 2024. if so, you are good.

just to let everyone know i found a visor from an Lincoln Navigator that looked identical to my 2025 Lightning Lariat, on Ebay... I took the risk and got it. It works perfectly, is the same color size and fits.

So if anyone is looking to do the visor swap, you can add the part number JL7Z7804105HC to your search, they have been around longer so you'll likely have better luck for a cheaper one (Min was $98.74).

Hope that can help someone.
