Turns out my vehicle is confirmed to no longer be in fleet status and my FDRS lisc expired. At least I was able to get into the 4.0 sw range and rev 610. That at least got me PAAK. Not sure what else to do now.

If you‘re not in a big hurry, I’d give it some time and see if you get it OTA.

I am hopeful, now that I am in the 4.0s. Seems like I read you have to be driving to get the OTA, but I could be wrong. My problem is that I do not have a long commute. About 20 minutes, so not enough time if this is the case.

You don’t have to be driving, but your 12V battery needs to be at a healthy state of charge, which is most easily accomplished by driving.

I presume you have a battery tender/charger since you were using FDRS for updates.

Is there a way to check the 12v level without going under frunk?

Yup, I get it, was just looking forward to getting the latest and greatest since I spent the money on the gear to do it and saw all the other successful updates.

ODB connector and an app such as CarScanner.
There are also voltmeters that plug into power ports.
The voltmeters will not show SOC, just the voltage of the LVB.

It you bought a demo/mannequin and cannot schedule an update after an alert because the option is not visible (e.g., Fleet vehicle):

Seems Ford has determined they need a written request and proof of ownership.

Don't call and waste time explaining your problem because after you do that you will be asked to send an email. Just sent an email to:
[email protected] (corrected error 6/23/23)
  1. State the OTA's are blocked on your F-150 Lightning due to Fleet setting
  2. Include proof you own the vehicle (any document that proves you own the truck AND has your name and a VIN on it) which can include a copy of:
    1. Proof of Insurance
    2. Sales contract
    3. Registration
    4. Title
    5. ???
I sent the email and Ford cleared the block on the OTAs in less than an hour and i was able to access the Schedule Update screen. Truck is now fully updated.

Simple request and from my view and Ford's eliminates potential fraud.

Good Luck

Good to know they have are getting progressive with this. When I did it a few months ago, I was only able to get it fixed after someone audited the call and heard what I was trying to do and rep tell me it was not possible!

I was able to update, but I am still not on the most current revision. Still trying to figure that out.

What rev. are you on? Do you have the new interface?

Well since you just got the new Sync UI and are now starting to see OTAs roll in there will be more. A lot more.
Most of these numbered and unnumbered have been cataloged, but new ones are added and edited all the time. I don't see a 3.5.5 but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist, just means it hasn't been added to the list yet (unless you meant 3.5.4 which is a TCU update).
