Tire Sizing for a Lariat

I have a 23 Lariat and am thinking about putting some Michelin LTX AT/2 tires on that I have taken off of my F-250. They are 275/65R20. According to the tire sizer they are about an inch taller. I know I'm going to loose some range, but it beats buying a set of tires. My question is does anyone have experience with one inch taller tires on a stock truck? My concerns are rubbing on turns in front.

it's probably more about the weight in the bed lowering the shocks which could then cause the tire to rub at the top ... but unless you're towing 10,000lbs, it's still probably no issue... you can always try it and see - you already own them!

The diameter variance exceeds 3% which is not recommended.

Many folks here have run this size without issue; however, make your own decision. I will be stepping to 65 series when I need replacements.

LTs will give you a bit stiffer ride. Your range will "appear" to be 3.3% worse simply due to the tire size but the true range hit will be anything over 3.3%.

The Lightning appears to have similar clearance as the regular trucks so up to almost 35 should be OK, provided the are no too wide. 295/70r18 are reported to touch slightly slightly but can be remedied easily
