I ordered mine one day later, 3/1 and the estimate is August, so I'm hoping for 8/1. :)

Meanwhile, I didn't want to miss the summer, so I ordered an A2Z, which I still haven't used, but it's great knowing I have more options.

I wonder if the delivery method is still FedEx.

My trip 350 miles away was postponed, so now I will have more time to get the adapter. As of this morning, it still says June 2024... so crossing fingers.

There will not be thousands of "by June" adapters delivered today...

Those who received their adapters in the beginning of April had "by April," not "by May"

The status page should be written "by the end of <month>"

When June 30 rolls around, expect to have your "by June" adapter in hand or else be seeing "by July" on your status page (sadly, I feel like the latter is more likely)

So orders less than #6000 have yet to ship “by June” - I’m at 16000 “by June”… Unless this time has been spent prepping a factory for mass production, being able to deliver 10k+ adapters in a few weeks, when they haven’t been able to deliver a couple thousand in a few months doesn’t seem achievable.

And I thought heard it was Tesla that was producing these? If so, was there any impact to this production with the various layoffs?

The A2Z Typhoon adapter is looking better and better.

If you were June to begin with, IMO you would have been lucky to be July after they messed up the initial shipment. Now, with Tesla having laid off the Supercharger department, it will be later IMO.

There is zero reason to not just buy the A2ZEV Typhoon adapter, unless you never travel. Why? Because when you get the Ford adapter, you can either keep both or sell the one you don't want. With all the Ford customers (including the many who won't meet the deadline to order a free adapter), plus all the other car companies coming on board later this year and next, there will be a secondary market for these for a long time.

I have both the Typhoon and the Stellar, and am attempting to sell my Tesla Tap Mini. I have two Ford adapters coming, and will probably sell one of those.

Check your year. Maybe it says June 2025?

I firmly expect that when July rolls around, my status page will still say "by June"
