Ok. Driving in our farm field and ran over a chunk of concrete. Ouch!

Then entering a work zone and got crowded by an oncoming car rolling near the centerline. Moved over and the passenger mirror clipped the outer left most point of the diamond at 40 mph. Folded the mirror but.,, never broke it! Left a few scratches. Sign never moved (sandbags).

Love this but I just can't participate and document on the never forgetting internet that I might have ever had a lapse of judgement that resulted in sliding backwards on an icy hill until jackknifed ...
I too would never tell a tall tale of towing a 24’ I/O boat and casually saying to my father “I don’t think the winch latched.. that boat looks to be going backward”.

And I would certainly never admit to pulling a 40’ toy hauler, making a sharp left turn at the sand dunes, running over a rather large sand berm with a large bush in the center that bent an axel and ripped out the plumbing, propane and electrical wiring. And if anyone’s says it happened, well they are lying!

Yeah definitely didn’t backup into the garage door side wall with the tailgate because my tailgate was down so I didn’t have the BUC working correctly….

I definitely hit a rolling paint bucket lid on the highway. Not much damage to report but also don’t know how to check if the lower air dam was affected as I’m not aware of any way to check the function when it’s parked. Any suggestions besides slapping a GoPro(don’t have) and filming the action above 49MPH?

sw engineering manager,
Doing truck things wear and tear on the exposed painted inside part of the tailgate (the plastic should cover the whole tailgate).

Yep, mine is wearing there as well. Poor design. But at least it’s aluminum & not steel I guess 🤷‍♂️
