Stopped by the creep on the local dealer's mannequin to show the tiny human before we went fishing (she's a fan). They've had it for 10 days or so, sitting in the back of the lot yet-to-be prepped for test drives, there doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency with the dealers either.

I don't know what I'll get out of this, but a Ford rep who lives locally made it known who he was in a FB group. I messaged him last week when we had Chip Held messages. He just got back to me today, but this is his message "I get an updated list tomorrow on all VINs held. We are updating hundreds per day. I’ll see if yours is on the list".

So he is being helpful - I don't want to out him, but maybe just a little insight from someone that seems to truly have their hands on a list of held trucks.

@smax64 - Ask and you shall receive. I pinged him again on messenger and he replied. He has a new report this morning and it seems to be good news. My VIN is not on a chip hold (we all suspected that since the chip hold went away a week or so back.)

He checked the VVR report, and this is his exact update. He says my truck was "received at ramp 59 on June 26 at 21:10 Eastern!! So it hit the ramp late last night. Now a little bit about Ford - we report quarterly profits....since it is the end of June, we are going to want to ship everything possible because w book revenue/profit as soon as it ships. I have strong confidence it will ship this week for that reason."

Not sure we'll ever know the history and why the delay, but this fits as we would all expect. The line is shut down this week and they want to get the trucks shipped.

Truly the good news is that my VVR says my truck moved last night and that someone from Ford took the time to give me a personal update, to which I'm grateful. It will likely get loaded up on a rail car today or tomorrow. I'm sure most of my brothers and sisters will be there with me, start watching that email even closer.

Reached out to my dealer just now, he replied with “no movement, still plant hold”. Half tempted to tell Ford what they can do with the truck but then the dealer would just sell it for $50k over MSRP when it lands in early 2023.

I asked my dealer for the current status of my 5/25 blend. Here is what he sent me. What is Ramp 59? Sounds like a shipping area.

Ramp 59 is vehicle purgatory...mine has been on Ramp 59 for well over a month.

My guess is that it is a holding lot(s), until they are ready to ship via rail or Convoy.

Mine actually showed it was on Ramp 59 before it even had official Built status.

Ramp 59 is where it sits until going on a railcar, i’m pretty sure. it’s my understanding that It can be there for a while depending on railcar schedule.
