Weird! I would think it would be front and center. Bring people in and sell them something else... steveStopped by the creep on the local dealer's mannequin to show the tiny human before we went fishing (she's a fan). They've had it for 10 days or so, sitting in the back of the lot yet-to-be prepped for test drives, there doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency with the dealers either.

Thanks for continuing to do this Taxman! Startling to see how few deliveries scheduled. steve
I get the impression dealers aren't overly excited about this new delivery model for Ford...Weird! I would think it would be front and center. Bring people in and sell them something else... steve
I am with you @thegangler , 5/23 blend 44/470 and crickets.Yeah, confirmed it's just me, the big ole middle finger from Ford.
@GDN anything back from the ford rep?I don't know what I'll get out of this, but a Ford rep who lives locally made it known who he was in a FB group. I messaged him last week when we had Chip Held messages. He just got back to me today, but this is his message "I get an updated list tomorrow on all VINs held. We are updating hundreds per day. I’ll see if yours is on the list".
So he is being helpful - I don't want to out him, but maybe just a little insight from someone that seems to truly have their hands on a list of held trucks.
No - just more crickets. The offer sounded almost too good. I'll ping him again this morning.@GDN anything back from the ford rep?
@smax64 - Ask and you shall receive. I pinged him again on messenger and he replied. He has a new report this morning and it seems to be good news. My VIN is not on a chip hold (we all suspected that since the chip hold went away a week or so back.)No - just more crickets. The offer sounded almost too good. I'll ping him again this morning.
Reached out to my dealer just now, he replied with “no movement, still plant hold”. Half tempted to tell Ford what they can do with the truck but then the dealer would just sell it for $50k over MSRP when it lands in early 2023.@smax64 - Ask and you shall receive. He checked the VVR report, and this is his exact update . He ssays my truck was "received at ramp 59 on June 26 at 21:10 Eastern!! So it hit the ramp late last night. Now a little bit about Ford - we report quarterly profits....since it is the end of June, we are going to want to ship everything possible because w book revenue/profit as soon as it ships. I have strong confidence it will ship this week for that reason."
Not sure we'll ever know the history and why the delay, but this fits as we would all expect. The line is shut down this week and they want to get the trucks shipped.
Truly the good news is that my VVR says my truck moved last night and that someone from Ford took the time to give me a personal update, to which I'm grateful. It will ikely loaded up on a rail car today or tomorrow. I'm sure most of my brothers and sisters will be there with me, start watching that email even closer.
