When I’m in heavy regeneration the power/regen/battery level display splits and has a large green area at the bottom of it. I checked the manual but didn’t find information on it unless I’m blind. Can anybody tell me what this means? thanks!

I believe that is just the graphic that shows that you are doing regenerative breaking. I don't know the threshold between just the curve on the left showing 'some' green and the animation, but I assume it's when the regen is pushing a specific % of power back to the battery.

Several members have suggested a future modification of that side of the power graph to include a numeric value for rate of power consumed / regenerated, remains to be seen if Ford will do that for us.

I always assumed driving right between green and blue (where you don’t consume much energy and there is no regen). is the most efficient since some power is always lost when you do electricity to kinetic back to electricity conversion.

I was never sure if you have to do a regen, which one is best; going down the hill faster and have a stronger regen at the end or have a more modest regen for longer as you go down.
