I purchased a Ford PremiumCare EV plan with an extra 75,000 miles/48 months with my buyback. It has a $100 deductible.
I purchased the PremiumCare EV plan also with 100k miles with my buyback as well. I'm extremely happy with it so far. It's in phenomenal condition and has all the modifications that I would have done myself anyway. Best vehicle I've ever had and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Paid half the sticker price for my '23 Platinum.

I purchased a '22 Platinum buyback from Capital Ford in Charlotte two months ago and I could NOT be happier! I bought the extended warranty with it just in case, but everything has been perfect. It had 20K miles, but after trading in a 2017 Prius it was $60K off MSRP. Absolutely LOVE this truck!

I got my Platinum from Capital Ford as well! Worked with Ken for the financing, who was fantastic. I got mine delivered to NJ as well and that process was seamless too.

I'm in northern Maryland, but was too impatient to wait for shipping, so I jumped in the Prius and drove 9 hours through a snowstorm. I'm from Idaho, so I know how to drive in snow, but that was super sketchy in a Prius.

Haha, I can imagine how sketchy that was! I too was very impatient but it was shipped out on a Tuesday morning and delivered the next morning and I took it directly to work that day. I got the shipping charge waived so I was a happy camper! What color is yours? Any pictures?

Haha! Good name!

Was that tonneau cover on when you bought it, or did you get it after? Mine was supposed to include it, according to their website, but my guess is the original owner kept it. They ended up knocking $1,000 off the price since they advertised it with one. I then bought the REV hard roll up cover from the Ford accessories site, and I’m super happy with it.

Yes, the cover came on the truck. I just sold it actually and ordered the Rough Country tri-fold flip up. I want full access to the bed.

2022 F150 Lightning Lariat ER
Can anyone tell me how to initiate a buyback request? Our '22 Lariat ER is under the battery electrode misalignment recall and Ford has instructed us not to charge it above 80%. It's basically sitting in the garage and making the occasional mulch run. We can't drive it to our 2nd home in Montana if we can't charge it above 80%. So we bought a Rivian R1S which was a huge financial outlay we weren't planning.

I spoke with the Ford BEV specialist that was assigned to me when I had a module go bad back in Sept of 2023. She said I would have to read the Missouri Lemon Law but I probably wouldn't qualify. Looks like it only applies to vehicles less than one year old. Montana Lemon Law (truck is registered there) seems like it would apply as we've owned it less than two years.

I am a retired attorney so I can easily handle a lemon law claim but I'm wondering how to go about initiating this with Ford. Did you guys have to hire attorneys or is there a department at Ford to contact to initiate the claim?

Thanks for any help!

I asked the BEV team to transfer my case to the buy back department in Dearborn and it took about 3 weeks to process. Good Luck.

Thanks. I just got off the phone with the buy back department and they took all my info. I am supposed to hear back on Friday whether Ford is willing to buy it back.

Did you get your full purchase price back plus accessories, title and tax?

Can't disclose but, I can say it was more than fair and better than a lease for the same time frame.
