Edit phone favorites on Sync

On the Sync screen, if you open Phone, you get favorites, recent, and contacts. Is there a way to edit favorites? Contacts imported from my phone shortly after getting the truck but favorites did not, so I ASSUME that favorites is edited in Sync and does not come from the phone. Sure would be nice to have favorites set up rather than having to scroll through my 700 or so contacts - yea, I know you can at least narrow that down to one letter.

Maybe we have a terminology issue then. I'm referring to the big 15 inch screen in the middle of the dash that is commonly referred to as sync.

Sync is the "software" that Ford uses for their infotainment. That's what you see for the 30 seconds while your truck is connecting to Android Auto or Apple Carplay. IF you don't have a phone thats pre-2010, you'd likely be best suited to pair them and avoid using the built in "software". Then the 15" screen is just an extension of your smartphone.

Yes, my 2022 Android connects to the truck shortly after startup. That still leaves me with my original question. How do I edit the phone favorites on the big screen so the few people I regularly call can be selected with only a couple of button pushes. As I said, the 700+ number contact list from the phone shows, but favorites does not.

Android Auto just mirrors what's on your phone. So if you have the favorites on your phone, they should be mirrored over onto the Android Auto phone tab. If none of your contacts are favorites, then that might explain whats happening...?

Do you have a screenshot of the favorites from your phone and a picture of the favorites tab from your truck?

Yes, I have 10 favorites as shown below. Only the Verizon VoiceMail shows up on the truck (not handy to grab a screen from that at the moment). I even tried adding one a couple days ago to see if only pre-existing favorites failed to sync with the truck and maybe a new favorite would. That did not have any effect.
