Well, seems to be a lot of people happy with the Fitcamx but I wanted to let the members know that getting support is a pain in the ass. You may be lucky and get one with no issues. I probably just got one out of 10,000 defective.

That is frustrating.
I have the same camera for past couple years. My issue is even after changing out to a better quality faster memory card that for some dumb reason at times it does not record. Yes a dash cam that fails to record 100% of the time is concerning. WTH?

Well I’ve seen this more and more but it seems to be prevalent in over seas companies like this one that’s from China. In fact, all of the email exchanges came from names like Baoyang Li and Surya.

Such experiences are why I always use a credit card for purchases. Several times per year I find it useful to dispute charges with the credit card company when the supplier does not deliver what I expected, including customer service.

I too am having the same issue with fotcamx. Going thru customer service is very irritating. They have also asked for pictures and I'm experiencing the same issue with he harness not functioning properly unless I squeeze it together. Ive asked for new harness if they don't ship one I will be returning my camera as well.

As of now I would not recommend this company / product.
