If it does increase every year as you say it must only be by pennies because I bought the exact same esp this month as I did back in 2013 for my other truck and it was almost the exact same price for the same coverage.

I didn't buy from y'all though as you're more expensive than where I got it, yes a genuine Ford ESP.

Smart move. I accidentally entered the wrong VIN when I bought mine from Granger with 12k miles. Noticed a year later and tried to get it corrected. Was told I'd have to cancel and then pay full price for the current year (about $800 more). Said no thanks, I'll take a refund. Despite still being under 36k so I'm still inside the factory warranty, Granger prorated the refund since I'd had it for a year and I lost several hundred. I'm very bitter about that. I could understand if it was active outside the factory warranty, but losing value on a ESP while under 36k/3yr is stupid.

Lesson learned, not worth buying until you are 100% certain you are keeping it. Also, DOUBLE CHECK the VIN!!!

I don't quite understand the grid with all of the pricing... it doesn't show what each grid (price) entails as far as the coverage the prices represents. What is a common plan that you guys are buying?

Along the top of the grid there are tabs for the "Plan". You pick that, then the grid is MILEAGE on one axis and Number of Years on the other. The intersection of these two is the price for that combination.

Descriptions of what each "Plan" includes is found at the link at the top of page --> " Extended Service Plans".
